We’re a local company with broad experience focusing on delivering sustainable solutions to our varied clients.

Our business focusses on both the Technical and Administrative side of your business.

We can take charge of your technical needs, applying Engineering solutions to your plant and project requirements. This capability extends from early-stage assessment, through RTO, construction, and commissioning, as well as brown-field improvements.

Additionally, we can improve your business’ Administrative processes to ensure the structure is correct, the processes are lean and efficient, and wasteful steps and processes are eliminated.

With Management, Engineering, and Project experience, our background is broad and allows varied expertise to be applied to your situation. We have experience in Mining, Manufacturing, Renewables, Dairy and Medical Devices.

Our long-term local experience has us partnered with an appropriate network of businesses to deliver the desired outcome.

Solutions PPRE is based in Whyalla, South Australia. Ideally located to serve the Spencer Gulf, Eyre Peninsula, and Northern Areas, but able to travel anywhere within Australia.

Capability Statement

Process: We can ensure your administrative or physical process is working at its best. Administrative process reviews can eliminate bottlenecks, reduce the steps needed, optimise organisational structures and simplify the activity. Reviews of physical processes will take a holistic view of the situation with a view to eliminate issues at root-cause. Removing bottlenecks, increasing throughput, reducing variability, and making it sustainable.

Project: It’s not easy to Conceptualise, Plan and Execute an idea. We can help. From small brown-field improvements to large green-field projects, we can assist with all or a section of the project requirements. Including Brainstorming solutions, Decision Analysis, Project Management, Site Supervision, Commissioning, and all the background feasability and risk assessments and Readiness-to-Operate documentation requirements.

Reliability: Equipment will not stay operating without an effective and executed maintenance strategy. This requires the right actions being able to be easily performed at the right time. We can identify the appropriate strategy, and make the necessary changes to the equipment and/or actions to ensure your assets deliver as intended.

Efficiency: All processes, both Administrative and Physical operate at a certain efficiency due to a number of factors. We can assess your processes and provide options to improve efficiency throughout your organisation by removing, introducing, or modifying the factors that influence the latent efficiency of your processes.
